1. Bob
Stein, contractor, representing Stan and Kathy Tekiela, 6918

Lake. Request for
variances in order to build an addition to the cabin that the Tekiela’s
purchased. A large portion of the 39,000 s/f lot is wetlands. A shed will be
removed. Bill Lieb stated that the property needs better access to the well and
asked if the house addition could be moved to allow 12’ instead of 7’ from the
property line. Mr. Stein felt this was possible. Bill Lieb presented motion to
approve variances for a 24x34 two-story addition that would be added to the
remodeled existing cabin. The existing cabin is 35’ from the ordinary highwater
mark of the lake and the addition would not be any closer. The addition will be
adjusted so that there is a 12’ south property line. John
Dearing
seconded the motion. The motion carried.

Peery, Real Estate Agent, representing Bob Schut, property location: 9800 Ireland.

carried.
