second, the application was approved and signed.
9. Building
Permits – 12/13/2004-1/6/2005 (5): 1-new home, 1-garage, 1-addition,
and 2-new septic systems.
10. LarsonAllen as
Auditors for 2004 Township Audit. Engagement letter was signed by
board.
11. Junk Amnesty,
Saturday, July 30, 2005. Dick Naaktegeboren will continue as
coordinator, STS is available and contract has been forwarded to J. R.
Appliance (same rates as 2004) and Waste Management confirmed date. Dick
will acquire the other vendors.
12. MNDOT request to
change acess road for cemetery on Highway 24. Township Attorney
purchased the cemetery land abstract and the title to the cemetery land is in
the name of North Corinna Cemetery Association. The township took over
the maintenance of this cemetery in 1993. Mr. Young stated that to move
the title to the township, a deed from the Association to the Township is
required. Any remaining official of the Association can still transfer
out the leftover assets. John Dearing offered to contact Richard Ransom.
