CORINNA TOWNSHIP PLANNING AND ZONING
The Township Planning Commission meets monthly the 2nd Thursday of the month. Work has been done on Land Use and Shore Land Ordinances, along with comprehensive planning. Part of their time has been filled with training. The Township continues to move ahead with the goal to have local control of Planning and Zoning. We are in the negotiations with County Officials, awaiting acknowledgement that we can proceed. The process has been slow, and not harmonious between the two sides, but progress is being made. Charles Marohn of Community Growth Institute continues to work as the Township Planner. www.communitygrowth.com.
