Notice of Hearing

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 368.01, Subd. 25, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Corinna, Wright County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on July 19, 2005 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall to consider vacating the portions of public road legally described as follows:

Parcel l:

That part of Gulden Avenue NW, as dedicated in Sugar Highland, according

to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, lying southerly of

the westerly extension of the south line of Outlot A said Sugar Highland and

northeasterly of the southeasterly extension to the north line of Gulden Avenue

NW, Sugar Highland Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,

Wright County, Minnesota.

And

Parcel 2:

That part of Gulden Avenue NW, (formerly known as Lane), as dedicated in

Indian Lake Heights, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County,

Minnesota, lying southerly of the westerly extension of the south line of Outlot

A said Sugar Highland according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County,

Minnesota and northeasterly of the southeasterly extension to the north line of

Gulden Avenue NW, Sugar Highland Second Addition, according to the recorded

plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota.

A copy of the Petition or Proposed Resolution is attached to this Notice as Exhibit B.

Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter may make comments to the Board at this time.
